This agreement establishes the terms and conditions of Céana Studios. Céana Studios distributes designer jewelry and artworks, including those made from polymer clay, through the website All orders on the website are subject to these terms and conditions. These are subject to changes and updates; for the order of a product by a customer, the conditions valid on the day of the order apply.

1. Sale of Goods

These terms and conditions exclusively govern sales of products processed through the online shop. They specify the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and managing the returns of ordered products. The terms and conditions are enforceable against the customer, who acknowledges having read and accepted them by checking the box labeled "I accept the General Sales Conditions" before completing the online ordering process.

2. Customer

The website's customer must be a legal and of-age natural person. The customer must open a customer account at the time of their first order on the website. For each order, the customer must complete an order form that includes specific mandatory fields for Céana Studios to consider their order.

The information provided by the customer when opening their customer account and with each order must be complete, correct, and up-to-date. Céana Studios reserves the right not to process an order if the above criteria are not met.

4. Payment, Delivery & Costs

The website offers payment by credit card, bank transfer, and Twint. Other payment methods are not available and will be rejected.

Prices listed on the website are in Swiss Francs. Prices include VAT applicable at the time of the order. Céana Studios may change the prices of all products without prior notice for economic, legal, or tax reasons. Products remain the property of Céana Studios until the full price is received. Credit card payments are securely and confidentially processed by Wix Payments, while bank transfer or Twint payments are processed directly by Céana Studios. For deliveries outside Switzerland, the import regulations and duties of the respective country apply. The customer is responsible for customs duties and applicable taxes. The associated formalities are also the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer is solely responsible for checking the import possibilities of the ordered products regarding the rights of the delivery country's territory. Céana Studios assumes no responsibility for delivery delays due to customs checks or similar issues.


 4.1 Delivery Times, Shipping & Customs Costs

Delivery within Switzerland & Liechtenstein:

Céana Studios promises to hand over the ready-to-ship order to the Swiss Post within 3-5 working days. The day of the order is considered the first day. If this falls on a weekend or holiday, the next working day is considered the first day. From the time of order shipment, the average delivery time is as follows: 1-2 working days within Switzerland through the Swiss Post. All orders are shipped with A-Post (small consignment).
Orders containing one or more pre-order items will be shipped together as a whole. 


Shipping Costs within Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
Céana Studios offers free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein for orders over CHF 100.-. Standard shipping is CHF 5.-, and shipping with tracking (tracking number/registered) is CHF 9.-. Changes are possible at any time.

Deliveries within Europe:
Céana Studios promises to hand over your ready-to-ship order to CH-Post within 3-5 working days. The average delivery time after the order has been shipped is 3-5 working days according to the Swiss Post. However, delivery time may vary depending on the destination country's transport company and customs processing time. All orders are shipped with A-Post (small consignment). The customer bears the customs costs for orders abroad. Orders with a pre-oderer item will be shipped together.
Orders containing one or more pre-order items will be shipped together as a whole. 

Shipping Costs within Europe:
Céana Studios offers free shipping within Europe for orders over CHF 200.-. Standard shipping is CHF 12.-, and shipping with tracking (tracking number/registered) is CHF 17.-. Changes are possible at any time.

It is noted that any change of the delivery address by the customer after order registration may lead to an extension of the delivery time. If Céana Studios is unable to deliver within the specified deadline at the time of order, the customer has the option, under consumer law conditions, to cancel the order.

5. Product Acceptance

Upon receiving the product, the customer must promptly check the condition of the packaging and the delivered product. If the packaging is damaged, torn, or opened at the time of delivery, the customer must check the condition of the products contained therein. If the products are damaged, the customer must promptly notify the carrier and Céana Studios

6. Return & Refund Policy

Céana Studios aims for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returning an Unwanted Item:

We understand that sometimes a purchase isn't quite right for you. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition and initiate the return within 14 days of receiving it. Please refrain from wearing the item beyond trying it on, as damaged or unsuitable returns may not be eligible for a refund. To begin the return process, please email us at with your full name, order number, and reason for returning the item (Does not apply to custom-made products and pre-orders).

What Happens Next:

Returns for unwanted items must be initiated within the 14-day period mentioned above. After this timeframe, we reserve the right to decline the return. Please note that return shipments attempted after this period may be redirected to your default delivery address.


Until your returned items reach our facility in Switzerland, they remain your responsibility. Please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Obtain proof of postage for your records, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking information.

For added security, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and non-refundable.

Lost Returns:

We are not liable for items returned to us in error. If we are able to locate these items and you wish to have them returned, you may be asked to cover the delivery costs.
